We have transitioned to a fully digital system,
IF you have not yet completed our new MANDATORY online waiver.

Non-compliance with this requirement
will result in key card shut off, until complete.
If you do not have access to a computer,
this may be done in our office.
Once completed, you will receive an email
on or about May 15th (for July Renewals)/
November 15th (for January Renewals)
with a link to pay your renewal fees by credit card.

NOTE: Current term invoices HAVE GONE OUT!!! If you didn't receive yours and you know you are due, likely you have not yet completed our mandatory online waiver. You may complete that now and we will send your link to pay. Thank you for your patience.
Membership: Waivers and Renewals
Waivers: ALL members must have a Range Waiver Form on file. Already did it? No need to do it again! Keep us updated to future changes by emailing members@ottoroadshootingrange.com. We need your accurate information because all future renewals will be sent via email. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Renewals (Current): You will receive a link to pay 4-6 weeks prior to your expiration date. Can't find it? Check your Junk folder. Still can't find it? Contact us to verify your email on file.
Renewals (< 6 months): Check your email for your renewal and late fee link. Can't find it? Contact us for another.
Renewals (> 6 months): Contact us for a link to rejoin at the current membership rate. Putting you in the current membership term.
Renewals (> 3 years): Orientation is required for reactivation.
